01. Design
We work actively with our clients to establish details and craft customised projects for every individual. We generate ideas, settle on an accurate and meticulous definition of the requirements and to achieve them.
02. Evaluate
With concepts in hand, we design and build prototypes to test critical functions. This phase finalizes with clients approval for further process.
03. Integrate & Refine
At this stage, we develop a compatible system layout with integrated ID, electrical components and assembly methods that are consistent with manufacturing strategy. We test and deliver functional prototypes to assure a good testing coverage. This phase ends in a database release to production tooling, including 3D CAD geometry, 2D documentation, Gerber files, and a bill of materials.
04. Produce
This is the final step! We collaborate with our manufacturers firmly to ensure client satisfaction with product quality and production yields. We oversee tooling and part examples, monitor the whole process, assist with pre-production builds and provide solutions along the way for potential issues.
